The place was clean with special atmosphere close to all the major arteries out of town, several area restaurants and shops, and the Waterfall. The staff was restful and amicable, providing info to us. Room was delightful and comfy, equipped with coffee table, mini fridge, for instance. The balcony was overlooking river.

During my recent stay at Hallowell, I was pleasantly surprised by the homely atmosphere of the guest house. The entertainment room, gym, sauna, and kitchen/dining area were all fantastic amenities that made me feel right at home. The owner, Andrea, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the river from my room on the top floor. It truly captured the essence of Maine's scenic beauty. I highly recommend choosing Hallowell Rooming House for your stay in the area.

The value for money at the Rooming House was outstanding - I couldn't believe I got so much for such a reasonable price. The room itself was excellent, with special touches like a toothbrush holder and a stocked refrigerator. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the town center, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

The only suggestion I have for breakfast is to consider expanding the menu. Everything else was perfect.
